2022-06-05: General Update


This general update contains several bug fixes and other gameplay additions. See the changelog below for details.

Full Changelog


Added

  • Ability to close crafting and inventory menus by hitting the escape key.
  • Dots on the minimap for non-zombie npcs.
  • Descriptions for abilities and items in the merchant menu.
  • Energy drink item.
  • Dash ability.

Changed

  • Improvements to zombie attack logic.
  • The majority of the game’s RNG should now be controlled by the seed provided in the new game menu.
  • Slight performance/visual improvement to the minimap dots. Non-zombie hostile npcs are now displayed as orange, and non-zombie friendly npcs are displayed as green.

Fixed

  • Abilities from previous sessions being shown in the inventory overlay in new sessions.
  • Grenades becoming transparent in certain situations.
  • Fixed the turret firing erratically in certain situations.
